Luna llena sobre Larraga / Full moon over Larraga

Esta luna llena casi pasa sin dejarse fotografiar, al menos aquí por Tierra Estella. Y es que llevamos varios días con cielos muy nubosos y lluvia. Pero esta misma mañana el cielo dio algo de tregua y pude plantearme salir a fotografiar la puesta de luna.
Había previsto una foto diferente pero finalmente no pudo ser y tuve que improvisar. Miré qué había por la zona donde me encontraba y, cómo no, la torre de la Iglesia de San Miguel Arcángel de Larraga destacaba sobre el horizonte y «pedía a gritos» que pusiera la luna detrás de ella y la fotografiara. Así que miré rápidamente el mapa, consulté Photopills, y encontré un sitio que prometía… ¡y que cumplió!

This full moon was nearly gone without letting me photograph it, as we’ve had cloudy skies and rain for a few days in a row here in Tierra Estella, where I live. But finally this morning the sky had nearly no clouds and I could consider going out to try and photograph the moon set.
I had a different photograph in mind but it couldn’t be done and I had to improvise. I checked what was in the area where I was and, of course, the tower of the San Miguel Arcángel church of Larraga stood out there over the horizon, asking me to photograph it with the moon behind. So I quickly checked the map and the Photopills app and found a spot that promised – and delivered – a good image.
